Students should use the following information and links as a starting point for the Science Fair project. Each link will take the student to different topics which will help with researching a topic, finding the appropriate category, conducting a science experiment, and writing and presenting findings. The links provided will also assist the student with how to properly conduct an oral presentation, and will illustrate examples of how to set up the science fair board. Examples of research plans and abstracts are also provided.

Below is a link to the International Science and Engineering Fairs (ISEF) “Rules and Guidelines” which are the rules which also govern our County Fair. This link will give the student the overall rules and guidelines plus provide additional information for those students conducting projects which may be hazardous or use human participants.

In addition to the 4 above required forms, additional forms may be necessary depending on the type of project the student has chosen. To determine if additional forms are required, click the link below to the ISEF Rules Wizard. Please follow the instructions and complete any necessary extra forms that the Wizard recommends.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
