66th Annual St. Mary’s County Science and Engineering Fair

7:30-8:00 AM – Judges’ arrival, registration, and orientation

8:00 AM – Junior Division students arrive by bus

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Junior Division judging occurs with exhibitors present

9:00 AM – Senior Division students arrive by bus

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Senior Division judging occurs with exhibitors present

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Exhibitors eat lunch (bring their own lunch). Exhibitors should remain on site for Grand Award judging and other special award judging

12:00-12:45 PM – Junior Division public viewing

12:45 PM – Junior Division students board the buses to return to their school

1:00-1:45 PM – Senior Division public viewing

1:45 PM – Senior Division students board the buses to return to their schools

2:00-3:00 PM – Exhibit area cleanup/teardown (as needed)
